What goes good with vodka and OJ?

Aka a Screwdriver! :) I'm really looking for something to make this classic drink have a little more of a modern hint. I've thought about a splash of vanilla extract or pineapple juice... I'm looking for ideas or something you've already tried. Any and all answers will be greatly appreciated! :)
