Is this a GOOD way to diet?
Your not eating enough, The body will start to hold onto fat resources as you are basically cutting supplies off. Try eating 5 meals a day all no bigger than your hand. This will boost your metabolism. Swimming in the morning is a good idea as your body will use fat for energy as you haven't eaten since the night before. Also what do you mean 2/3 days a week? Dieting is a lifestyle not a every now and then thing set yourself a good diet with low carbs while your trying to loose weight, consisting of 5 meals a day and you will soon see the results.
