Do you think he likes me?

K so... Career day was today. I hung out with *C* Alot. So we went to first hour and he touched/grabbed my shoulder and said something funny :) and then I caught him staring at me from across the room which happens a lot. Then in second hour *A* the little brat had to sit by him!! Then we went outside, and he didn't really talk while we were at the firetruck, then came the helicopter session!! By then, we were standing really close. He'd laugh at the stuff I Would say and everything. We looked at the copter and stuff and talked, then it was deputy station. We didn't really sit by each other then... Then came homeland security stationHe was sitting by me, but then his friends told him to get up and sit by him. He did. He fidgets Alot so he ended up by *A* again! She was flirting with him! And he didn't flirt back , thank god. Then CPR station. We touched hands and stuff. On the way back inside, he talked to me and dropped hints about what he was doing this weekends, and stuff. He made eye contact, then would sometimes look away when he talked. He started hitting me with his paper so I hit him back. Is this flirting? Does he like me? He has done other stuff that drops signs, but I just don't know why he hasn't asked me out yet if he does like me
