Have I eaten a lot today so far?
trying to stay away from bread is a really good idea. if you do eat bread try eating whole grain not whole WHEAT whole GRAIN there's a difference (apparently :P ) anyway fish is a very good thing to eat it has omega 3's which are great for loosing Weight. and even if you can't stay away from pasta try switching to whole grain pasta i swere it taste EXACTLY the same. biking is a great idea. a good thing to do trying to loose Weight is fresh fruit for breakfast. salad for lunch and whatever your family makes for dinner. if they make something especially fattening have a salad and a glass of water first. after that you will feel more full and will be more likely to eat less. and bikeriding is a good idea. another good one is running or jogging or even speed walking. if your wanting to get tone also try situps and reverse situps where you bring your legs up insteadof your upperbody. you can get a ab workout on your ipod if you have one and you can google or youtube workout videos hope this helps good luck :)
