Well it depends if you think she likes you or not. Does her body language say anything? Is she always tilted toward you? That's a good sign of attraction. When you do manage to talk to her, see if she's nervous in anyway. If she's not usually nervous in public and very open in public but nervous around you, then yes that's a good sign of her liking you. It can be good or bad depending on how you look at it.
