How bad was this binge?
You probably shouldn't be too worried about all that. It's all an equation, if the calories eaten in one day exceeds the amount you expend in the same period, you will gain weight. If they do not, you will most likely lose weight. I'd advise you don't get sucked into the mania around being thin, and instead find a good natural weight for your body and height. At 5'3" tall, 14 years old, and 94 lbs, I'm guessing you have a pretty active metabolism, and as of yet, you probably won't see a lot of fat accumulation. My advise to you... Stop worrying about it. By your description I think you would have to WORK at powering down food to get fat, and if you just live normally and eat no more than you're comfortable eating you shouldn't gain a whole hell of a lot of weight. Also a female your age must remember she still has a few more years to grow, and that strangling your intake during development may not be good for your growing body.
