Why cant I lose weight?

If you do all that you're surely burning a lot of calories. Losing weight doesn't happen quickly. Just be patient and keep working out and eating a healthy diet. Im 17 and I was a kinda fat last year, now my body is tight and fit. I've been going to the gym and working hard. I still eat chips, cookies, ice cream sometimes, but I just burn it off. I'm not a fan of salads and protein shakes. I just eat less and exercise more.
