Is the website www.dixietickets.com and the website www.bestpriceseats.com fraud or real?

I am buying a ticket for Britney Spears's femme fatale tour and was trying to get ticets cheap. Does anyone know if those websites or fraud or real. If you have any experience with these websites please let me know. Thank you.
